Here come the holidays!

Holidays are about celebrating life, honoring the passing of another year, taking some well needed time off.  But sometimes the holidays just pile on the responsibilities, the expectations, the expenses, etc.  This year, start off the holiday season by clearing the anxiety, the “supposed tos”, and hectic schedules associated with the holiday season.

With this workshop, you will learn easy energetic tools to quickly reduce stress and stay in CHOICE.  These methods jare so easy and so transformative, that you will wonder how you ever lived without them.

These tools may be used year round to support yourself in whatever area of your life you need- not just during the holidays!
